You have to admit it. BYOB is pretty awesome. You can bring a bottle of your favorite wine (which your restaurant might necessarily not carry) into wherever you are going, and BAM, your bill is suddenly way cheaper. You can spend that extra money you would’ve spent on that pricey bottle on a couple of desserts. Great idea, right? You’re welcome.
Here are a few neat places to visit in New Jersey that are BYOB.
Mavi Meze Grill – 725 River Rd. Edgewater, NJ 07020 – This Turkish restaurant has a delicious menu, and a fantastic view.
Los Charitos – 121 Washington St Hoboken, NJ 07030 – This Mexican restaurant is known for their yummy dishes and addictive tableside guacamole. While they don’t serve alcohol, you can BYOB. If you bring tequila, they’ll make you margaritas; if you bring wine, they’ll make you sangria.
Precious Japanese and Chinese – 128 Washington St. Hoboken, NJ 07030 – Precious has an extensive Chinese and Japanese menu.

Provesi – 50 South Street, Morristown, NJ 07960-4114 – Provesi offers friendly service with great Italian food – and BYOB.
Sabor – 8 Highland Cross Rutherford NJ 07070 – Peruvian food, with an Asian influence – and Paleo and Gluten Free-friendly wines!
Cafe Metro – 60 Diamond Spring Rd, Denville, NJ 07834 – A mix of vegetarian, organic, and American fare, with some pizzas too.
Rebecca’s Cuban and Caribbean Restaurant – 236 Old River Road Edgewater, NJ 07020 – Rebecca’s has a good variety of delicious Cuban and Caribbean dishes. Although they are BYOB, they have a license that allows them to sell wine from Villa Milagro Vineyards.
