It’s time, folks! Now that it’s finally May, we’re in food and beverage festival season and coming up this weekend is our personal favorite (duh!), the Brooklyn Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival!
This is an event that we’re excited for, not only because it’s one of our own, but because it really brings a fun and unique spirit to the wine event scene.
Brooklyn Crush brings together craft beverages and craft foods for a delightful day in Industry City, Brooklyn, a fantastic area in South Brooklyn that is known for its artistry and individuality. Our decision to host there isn’t just a coincidence- we know that the folks who enjoy what Industry City has to offer are our kind of people.
This event boasts a collection of over 40 handpicked wines from New York and beyond, transforming the venue into an East Coast Napa Valley. Our own sommeliers have painstakingly selected vintages from emerging regions and rising winemakers that they know will dazzle and delight anyone who tastes them.
To accompany the dozens of wines is a fabulous selection from the best of Brooklyn’s culinary creations. From cheese to cured meat, jams, and sweets, you most certainly won’t go hungry here.
Brooklyn Crush isn’t just any wine festival- you’ll have the chance to meet and mingle with many of the winemakers that are putting their heart and soul into the vino you’ll be tasting. They’re passionate people, and we feel it’s important to know who is behind the making of your favorite beverage and to hear their stories and soak up their knowledge.
We offer two sessions this Saturday, May 11th (so you don’t have to worry about it being crowded) and we still have a few tickets left! Make sure you grab one of them- this is certainly not an event you’ll want to miss!
