If you’re looking for an opportunity to escape the city, head to the Hudson Valley to chill on the Shawangunk Wine Trail. Each winery along the trail will open its tasting room for folks to sample their wines as well as local cheeses, pasta, or desserts. You can opt to do the trail over one or two days while you learn from the best of the Hudson Valley.
