Cereghino Smith is a small winery, handcrafting wine with an Old World approach. Our vision and mission is to create artisanal* wines and bi-coastal blends using grapes sourced from small growers in New York and California. New York Cabernet Franc brings a natural acidity to our wines and California vinifera brings a lushness where we never have to consider chaptalization. Because of the symbiotic nature of West Coast and New York fruit, we’re able to make wines more naturally.
