Then south to Blenheim, for Marlborough’s sharp white wines and seafood pulled fresh from the Sounds. In Queenstown, the mountains stand like old friends. You’ll cruise the lake, dine by firelight at Walter Peak Station, and raise a glass in Central Otago, where the Pinot Noir runs deep.
