New York Grown

  • Upstate Vodka is living proof that you can create an outstanding vodka from apples. Grain-based vodka may be cheaper to produce, but for them, quality is what’s important.
  • It is an excellent choice for drinking over ice or as a base for a cocktail.
  • Purchase Upstate Vodka here. Also, complimentary shipping when you buy two bottles or more.

Cocktails for the fall

  • Upstate Vodka worked with Ginn Choe (mixologist at Chapel Bar in NYC) to create these extraordinary cocktails for fall.
  • Veteran mixologist Will Hadjigeorgalis will introduce this premium spirit made 100% from NY State apples. And he will teach us how to make two (2) delicious fall cocktails

Drink #1: Cranberry Gimlet

1 oz Lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

1 oz cranberry juice cocktail

2 oz Upstate Vodka

Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Cocktail #2: Spiced Cider

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Chai Tea Syrup

2 oz of Apple Cider

2 oz of Upstate Vodka

Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
