French Red Blends: Bordeaux vs Southern Rhone

Overview

Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley are two of France's most famous red wine regions, and they are both red blends! (well at least southern Rhone). We will dive into these regions learning about the history, tasting notes, winemaking practices and how to pair it with food. You will get to know your personal palate and two famous red wine regions.

Each ticket is $30 per person. Purchasing wine for class is up to each participant, you can purchase the wine on your own or have me ship it to you. Ordering it through Emily's Virtual Vino is an added cost.
