Overview

Come taste and learn about artisanal, koji-fermented spirits of Japan including premium koji whiskey, craft shochu, and aged awamori from 22 family-run distilleries established between 1745-1947. Koji has been used for more than 1,200 years to create umami-laden Japanese specialties such as sake, soy sauce, mirin, and miso.
