Join us as we virtually visit this extraordinary winery, where Paolo and Noemia d’Amico have pursued winemaking and have created an award-winning portfolio of organic labels, grown and produced at the border between Umbria and Lazio regions. Also on site is a boutique hotel, a place of discreet elegance, the perfect combination of welcoming and modern luxury. It has 8 suites, 4 lounges, a heated swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a tennis court and many other services.

A PASSION FOR FINE WINE

  • Paolo and Noemia d’Amico have pursued their passion in wine and have created an award-winning portfolio of 7 organic labels grown and produced in Umbria.
  • Mainly using French grape varieties, the volcanic soil from the Calanchi Valley adds a new take on established variants.
  • Once produced, the wines are stored to the sound of classical music (!) in the cellar created by Noemia d’Amico and world-renowned architect Luca Brasini.

MEET WINEMAKER GUILLAUME GELLY

  • Guillaume makes wines heavily influenced by the ancient volcanic landscape of Viano, from the soil to the cellars, which are made out of the local volcanic Tufo stone.
  • D’Amico wines have received accolades from VinItaly, James Suckling, Robert Parker, and in Bebienda Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, Gosto, and more.

ANCIENT CELLARS

  • D’Amico enjoys a particular terroir ona volcanic soil with vineyards located about 500 meters above sea level
  • The wines produced are of the highest quality.
  • The barrel cellars are ancient and spectacular to behold
