Settle in, then join your fellow travelers for a brief orientation and a leisurely stroll to a nearby historic pizzeria. On our first night, we’ll raise a glass of wine and enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza as we toast to the start of this unforgettable journey. Afterward, we'll return to the hotel to relax and recharge for the adventures ahead.

Hop aboard our private bus and head to the vibrant Spanish Quarter, where we’ll meet our local expert guide. Together, we'll embark on a culinary journey through one of Naples’ liveliest neighborhoods, blending rich history with local culture and delicious traditions. Savor freshly fried sardines, shrimp, and calamari served in a classic "cuoppo" paper cone, followed by a visit to a bakery for crunchy taralli, and enjoy pasta with genovese sauce at a charming restaurant. Board our private bus for a short transfer to the harbor, where we’ll catch a public ferry to the beautiful island of Capri (about a 1-hour ride). Upon arrival, you’ll have the option to join us for a 1-hour private sight-seeing boat excursion along the stunning coastline (additional fee). Afterwards, we’ll hop on the funicular (cogwheel tram) for a scenic ride from the marina up to the village of Capri. After a brief orientation walk, the day is yours to explore the island. For those seeking stunning views, join our tour managers on a 20-minute stroll to a breathtaking overlook of the famous Faraglioni rock formations. If you're feeling adventurous, consider a hike up to the ruins of an ancient Roman villa (about an hour each way, uphill), or simply relax and savor a leisurely lunch at one of Capri’s charming restaurants. When you're ready, take the funicular back down to the marina. We’ll return to Naples by ferry and enjoy a private bus transfer back to the hotel. We’ll set off for the beautiful Avellino wine region to visit Tenuta Cavalier Pepe, a renowned producer specializing in Fiano di Avellino. Begin with a stroll through the scenic vineyards before touring the estate’s impressive cellars. From there, we’ll walk to their on-site restaurant, where a four-course lunch awaits, perfectly paired with a vertical tasting of Fiano di Avellino DOCG, including two exquisite Riserva wines. Next, we’ll take a short bus ride to the town of Taurasi, where we’ll visit Sella Delle Spine winery. Here, we’ll enjoy a tasting of three DOCG wines—Fiano, Greco di Tufo, and Taurasi—each perfectly paired with small bites. Afterward, we’ll depart for Vietri sul Mare and check in. Here, you’ll uncover the secrets of traditional cheese-making techniques before enjoying a light lunch featuring freshly made mozzarella, crisp vegetables, local bread, and a special treat—buffalo milk gelato. After lunch, sit back and relax as we transfer to Vigne di Raito, a charming family-owned winery perched on the highest slopes of the Amalfi Coast. Soak in the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean as we walk through a lemon grove that blooms twice a year before reaching the vineyard. Enjoy a delightful wine tasting focused on the Amalfi DOC, accompanied by five small tastings of local specialties. We’ll then drive to Sorrento and check in at Hotel Michelangelo, where we’ll stay for the next three nights. Step back in time as we explore this remarkably preserved Roman city, frozen in history by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Afterward, we’ll take a short 20-minute drive to Sorrentino Vini, a picturesque winery nestled on the slopes of the volcano, right on the edge of Vesuvian National Park. Here, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch on a panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards, with views of the rich, ash-like soil that nurtures local grape varietals such as Aglianico, Piedirosso, and Falanghina. Around 4:00 pm, we’ll head back to Sorrento for a relaxed evening. Dinner is on your own tonight, and your tour managers will be happy to assist with recommendations and reservations.

Next, board a public ferry from Positano to Amalfi, where you’ll have plenty of free time to shop for unique souvenirs, local paper products, and lemon-themed goods. Don’t miss a visit to the renowned pastry shop Pansa, where you can savor one of the best “delizia al limone” in Campania—a delectable sponge cake filled with lemon custard and dipped in lemon cream.
