Baldwin Vineyards is best known for our Fruit Wines. Starting in 1985, Jack & Pat Baldwin produced a Strawberry Wine from 100% fresh strawberries. Over the course of 35 years, we now produce Strawberry Wine, Black Raspberry Wine, Apple Wine, Spiced Apple Wine, and Hudson Harmony Blueberry Merlot.
